Below is a brief overview of what to expect, So if you feel this is not of value to you then hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of this newsletter. 1. My Pottery Journey: From Clay to Pay

Four years ago, how it all started for me, I was looking for something to burn my creative energy on. I stumbled across a video on Facebook while searching for that new thing.

That video was someone shaping up a vase on the pottery wheel and I thought it was so cool. So that was it, in my head, I’m thinking. Yep! I need to give this a go ASAP! Thinking of this as nothing more than a beloved hobby. Little did I know that my hands, covered in clay, was the beginning of something unexpected.

That day I booked my first class, was the day the trajectory of my life was about to change

In two short years, what started as weekend fun in my garage transformed into a six-figure business. Today, I'm honored to say we've achieved amazing year-on-year growth since then. And we are still in the garage!

  1. The 'Why' Behind My Wheel

You might wonder, "Why turn a relaxing hobby into a full-time hustle?" Great question!

For me, it wasn't just about the money. It was about:

  • Sharing my passion with the world

  • Creating freedom in my life

  • Proving that creativity and profitability can coexist

  • Inspiring others to pursue their dreams, no matter how unconventional

With the arrival of our first child Macy, at the time working away. Things were getting tough at home and I had to find a way out. After several discussions, we thought fuck it. Let’s go all in on this hobby and see what we can do.

Just as long as I was home with my family. And that’s when the lovely naysayers were born.

“There’s no way they can survive doing that”
“Surely you're going to need another job?”
“Who is going to buy mugs at that price when you can just go to K-Mart’

I felt something was there and needed to act on it!
